What is the best service for locating people and their new addresses and phone numbers?

What is the best service for locating people and their new addresses and phone numbers? I worked at the same job for 10 years and there is a lot of customers who I developed a close relationship with. I have some of the information to contact them but its old and I want to update it, I mostly want the new phone numbers. When i go to the internet there seems to be a million services that provide the information but I'am reluctant to choose one because I've never used one before, does anyone know of a test proven one that will help me get what I want that works well and is user friendly, fast and priced fair???
