Can anyone instruct me exactly how to copy phone numbers from phone memory to sim memory on a k800i?

Ive cracked the screen on my Sony Ericsson k800i, unfortunately all the numbers were saved onto my phone memory, can somebody instruct me exactly how to copy numbers from phone to sim keeping in mind i cant see my screen at all, the screen is completely screwed although the phone still works perfectly. If anyone could help id be so grateful i really really need the numbers asap.

go buy a cheap fone and get it unlocked then insert your simcard and u have the numbers plus a spair phone
In Contacts > Options > Mark/Unmark > Mark all Then when all Contacts are ticked:- Options > Copy > ToSim Memory Or something very similar to that, i haven't had my K800i since last year. Hope that helps.
Go into contacts, onto new contact, select options, scroll and select advanced, scroll down to 'Copy To Sim' and select then 'Copy All'. I have done this on my K850i but i am sure it is pretty similar to the K800i which i upgraded from. I hope this helps.
