How to transfer all my phone numbers to my Sim Card all at once?

Hey everybody. I have a T-Mobile Samsung T509 Cell Phone. I would like to take all my phone numbers and transfer them to my Sim Card. I do not want to do it one by one. Is there any way to select all numbers and send transfer them to the Sim Card? Thanks

1. i have done this before with my phone on cingular because i had to transfer the card to a new phone. go to the settings/tools category (or whatever the equivalent category is on your phone). there should be and option in that menu titled memory, SIM card, contacts options, etc. find this, and there should be an option in that menu that's like transfer all stored contacts to SIM card. select it, and it does it by itself. hope this helps.
