Is there a ukrainian phone directory, that I can find on the web?

I want to find an old friend's house phone number but I only know the address. I don't speak russian but I can read the letters and given enough time I could navigate the website, if only I could find it in the first place, if it even exists. Thanks for the help.

2. http://www.nomer.org/ There are phone databases of several Ukrainian cities and database of Ukrainian citizen. It is not official bases, so information could be outdated there.
