Is there an on line mobile phone directory?

I need to find a number of someone but I dont know what network he is on, is there an online mobile phone directory that I can search for a number by putting in the name of the person in a search?

1. No Most people would not want their mobile phone number to be that accessible to the public. The last thing you would want to deal with is telemarketers if you are paying for the minutes that you spend on the phone.

4. White pages.com You can do reverse searches and find landlines through addresses if necessary. I think you can also do email searches there too.
