Does anyone on here know of an online cell phone directory?

I want to do a reverse search of cell phone numbers and try to find people's cell phone numbers. Anyone know of a good cell phone directory?

1. Cell phone componys have yet to release lists of cell phone numbers and names. Sorry but they haven't done this yet.

3. The Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association, the industry organization for cell phone carriers, has been working on a 411-type service for cell phones for some time. However, it would have limited use for searches like yours once implemented, because it would be opt-in (you wouldn't be in the directory unless you explicitly chose to be) and one of the largest carriers in the US (Verizon) is refusing to provide numbers to that system. There are no other official directories in existence I know of.
4. As far as I know, there isn't a directory yet. But I have heard that recently a list of cell phone numbers have been distributed to telemarketers. Maybe soon they'll have a site for a cell phone directory as well.
