Is it fair to charge £53 for 47 directory enquiry calls that were made accidently when my keypad was unlocked? I have run up a bill of £53 making 47 calls to 3 International Directory Enquiries service because when my new phone was in my pocket, the keypad was unlocked and the number was dialled without my knowledge. What bothers me is I did not call Directory Enquiries to obtain a telephone number and the Directory Enquiries premium rate number was pre-saved in my phone when I bought it and is the first number in my contact list so is obviously going to be dialled if my kepad is unlocked. Do you think I have a case to complain and have the money refunded?

I'm trying to find out the name and telephone number of the hospital in sharm el sheikh? I have a friend in the hospital there and am having so much trouble trying to find out anything. International directory enquiries are no help. Can anone help? Even if its only to tell me what the name of the hospital is please. Thanks so much

need help finding my brother in france its urgent. his mother is really ill? i need to find my brother in brittany france tried to ring him and the number i had has come up not recognised. this is very urgent as his mother is seriously ill. i phoned international directory enquiries and they couldnt find his number. he has a rare surname and has always said that he will always be in the phone book. does anyone have any ideas or maybe ive just rang the wrong directory number. so if anyone has any international directory enquiries numbers for the uk please can you let me know what they are. been trying to remember his email address but had a new comp and lost his other one when my old comp broke. i remember the first part and that it was a tiscali address but cant remember the way tiscali french emails look at the end. he is a british citizen tried the french version online of white pages but with no luck
